The Pathways to H.O.P.E. program understands the significant challenges and barriers that incarcerated military Veterans and civilians face once released and reintegrating back into society. We work with first responders, military Veterans, law enforcement, and local service providers to assist those returning to find their voice, obtain self-sufficiency, work towards obtaining employment, restore relationships with their families, and become leaders in their communities.
