Evidence-based program helping justice-involved Veterans and Civilian offenders reenter society and become productive law-abiding members and leaders in the workforce, their family unit and society at large. Pathways long-term approach (pre-and-post release) addresses Personal Improvement, Mental Health Readiness, Prevocational & Workforce Readiness, and on-going Vocational, Career Development and Mentor Support.

Barbershop & Styling Salon Program

Through education & empowerment, Shop Talk’s award-winning evidence-based program addresses racial understanding, inclusion, quality of life issues and helps minority-owned business owners, their customers and area youth create safer, more secure and economically viable neighborhoods.

ShopTalk program is currently in 77 shops across 12 North Texas cities and Baton Rouge, LA.
